This policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with this website (the “Site”).
The Site is operated by the provider of the Frontrun data service (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We do not collect special category data (health, ethnicity, political opinions and similar).
Interactive tools. Tools on the Site are intended for describing roles, skills, sectors and locations. They accept free text, and what you submit is sent to third-party providers in order to generate a result — see section 4. As with any search or query interface, you are responsible for what you choose to enter. Personal data is not required in order to obtain a result, and anything of that kind you include is submitted at your own discretion.

Some providers are located outside the UK and EEA. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by adequacy decisions or by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / EU Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate supplementary safeguards.
Cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Site — maintaining your session, protecting forms, and recording your cookie choices — are set without consent and are not listed below.

Managing cookies. Use the cookie settings link in the Site footer to change or withdraw your choices at any time. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings — note that strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off, and blocking them may prevent parts of the Site from working.
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. In practice: enquiry and trial request data is kept while there is an active prospect relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards; interactive tool input is retained in server logs for the period set by our hosting provider; and analytics and marketing data is kept for the periods set by the providers named in section 5.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local supervisory authority in the EEA.
We use encryption in transit, access controls limiting internal access to what each role requires, and hosted infrastructure with recognised security certifications. We review our providers regularly. Where a personal data breach occurs, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority where legally required to do so.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will change, and where the change is material we will give notice on the Site or by email before it takes effect.
